What the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our QA Team Lead will be:

• Experienced individual that defines objectives manages and oversees the daily performance and productivity of the clans.
• Upholds and advocates the Company values culture and adherence to Company rules and regulations.
• Conducts performance and salary reviews according to the companys current policies and processes and in cooperation with Human Resources and Reporting Manager.
• Encourages direct reports for selfdevelopment mentoring them in both personally and professionally.
• Takes part in capacity planning on clan level and drives recruitment activities for the chapter.
• Focuses the chapter on the effective execution of delivery and quality of the games.
• Makes technical decisions
• Ensures standards advocate best practices and promote innovation within game production.
• Communicates and leads change.
• Facilitates clan level communication.
• Takes part in clan productivity monitoring and metrics.
• Function as the escalation point for members within the chapter.
• Ensures chapters compliance with processes and aligns activities within chapter/guild.
• Escalates employee issues to Human Resources.
• Travels domestically and/or internationally for business as needed.
• Regularly provides and receives open and constructive feedback on performance behavior and skills enhances chapters competence and skills through training plans.
• Synchronize with QA Managerregarding test strategy test case management test automation device purchase and QA tools

What we ask of you

• University degree (or equivalent)
• Proficient in the use of basic applications (Sharepoint MS 365 Office Jira Outlook etc)
• Good decisionmaking based on justification
• Experienced in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
• Problem Solving
• Implement and record QA metrics
• Test Planning and Reporting
• Excellent Communication Skills (The company language is Business English)

Preferences:

• Previous experience in a lead role
• Working within an agile development environment
• Knowledgeable in game software quality assurance and testing
• Knowledgeable in test automation development and continuous development
• Knowledgeable incorporating AI in Quality Assurance
• Team Planning and Mentorship
• Project Management
