- Resolve IT Helpdesk issues.
- Support staffs in multiple locations
- Installation, setup, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, email, and the Internet.
- Coordinate efforts with HR on IT related functions for new hires and terminations.
- Assist in the modification and maintenance of the phone system.
- Troubleshoot all phone related issues and follow up promptly.
- Maintain authorization to network files/folders on servers as requested by users with proper manager s approval.
- Assist with customer service manager and troubleshoot software issues.
- Maintain Email Security System.
- Update email filter whitelist and block list.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all printers.
- Create and maintain policies and procedures for IT department.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a help desk or IT support role
- Degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of networking protocols.
