We are seeking a talented energetic and motivated Business Developer who would act as a Brand Ambassador of our personalized approach and Babel DNA while helping us to expand as a business. You will be reporting to our Founding Director and you will have the opportunity to truly make an impact in the companys growth.
Tasks
- Actively seek out and nurture potential client relationships through proactive prospecting cold calling emails LinkedIn messages and networking in industry events
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets utilizing market insights and innovative approaches
- Negotiate terms craft proposals and close deals with clients ensuring satisfaction and successful partnerships
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM track sales activities and provide regular reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless client experience and provide exceptional support throughout the process
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance commercial strategy and processes driving continuous improvement
Requirements
- University degree or the equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (previous exposure in the consultancy business will be valued)
- Creative engaging multichannel approach (LinkedIn WhatsApp video etc.)
- A salesminded attitude with a handson style of work
- Outofthebox way of thinking
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills to cater to an international clientele and colleagues and establish effective relationships
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills to deliver an exceptional work ethic while meeting monthly targets
