We work across disciplines at any point in the project lifecycle from strategy to design to implementation to operations and maintenance.
Tasks
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and manage project plans schedules and milestones for global operations.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings including preparing agendas and documenting meeting outcomes.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends risks and areas for improvement proposing actionable solutions.
Resource Management:
- Assist in the allocation and management of resources required for project execution.
- Track resource utilization and provide recommendations for optimizing resource deployment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management
- Very good command of spoken and written English (a must)
- Command of Arabic or any other language is a plus
- Experienced with the use of PC and internet
- Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
- Solutionoriented way of working
