You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Laboratory for Cellular Metabolism and Metabolic Regulation is a young and dynamic team of researchers performing cuttingedge cancer metabolism research with a special focus on cancer metastasis and novel metabolic pathways. We exploit in vivo mouse models metabolomics (single cell) RNA sequencing and mass spectrometry imaging analysis to gain groundbreaking insights into metabolism as a driving force of metastasis formation. Our work is published in highprofile journals such as Nature Nature Communications Cell Reports and Nature Cancer. We have strong international recognition and top collaboration partners all over the world.
The bioinformatician position entails the analysis of bulk and single RNA sequencing and spatial omics (such as mass spectrometry imaging and spatial transcriptomics). The position will require a highly motivated bioinformatician or computational biologist to provide support for multiple projects in our group. The role requires competency in programming languages such as R and/or Python and will involve working on a highperformance computing cluster. The individual will collaborate very closely with bioinformaticians and biologists to work on joint initiatives.
