Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Type: FullTime

Salary: 3 4 LPA Experience: 2 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and serviceoriented Customer Relation Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions to enhance satisfaction loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling customer inquiries resolving issues and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email or in person.
  • Provide detailed information about products or services offered by the company.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
  • Assist in creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams to improve products and services.



Requirements


  • Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field.
  • Experience in a customer service role; 1 year preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
