What You will do:
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements reports and forecasts. Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads. Monitor and analyze budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations. Prepare and submit all necessary financial reports and filings to regulatory authorities.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the companys financial stability. Implement effective cash management strategies.
Audit and Taxation: Coordinate and manage annual financial audits liaising with external auditors. Oversee tax compliance including GST income tax and other applicable taxes.
Financial Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in accounting and finance operations.
Treasury and Banking Operations: Manage banking relationships including negotiations credit facilities and daytoday transactions. Monitor and analyze interest rates and investment opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the finance team members. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the department.
ERP System Management: Oversee the utilization and maintenance of the companys ERP system for financial operations.
Advisory and Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisionmaking. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Requirements
Worked with accounts and finance department with 3 years experience in Service Industry
Thorough knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and other regulations
Basic understanding of relevant tax accounting and audit concepts
