Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Coffee Roaster at Zill Coffee. As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of roasting coffee beans to ensure the highest quality and consistency. This includes monitoring the roasting process, conducting quality control, and following established roasting profiles. The role also involves working closely with the team to maintain and improve the roasting process.
