Job Description
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals who enter our premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon their arrival.
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Providing information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions in both English and Russian.
- Handling reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest requests and concerns promptly.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing guest accounts.
- Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Russian, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service to guests.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
