DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create deliver and conclude training fornew hires
- Develop continuous trainings for the salesteams based on requirements
- Conducts scenario & role play basedsessions for new and current salescustomer advisors
- Observe sales targets and collectfeedback for training purposes
- Coordinates with other sales roles within the project to drive the increase in delivery
- Build annual training program and prepareteaching plans for the sales team
- Develop or oversee the production ofclassroom handouts instructionalmaterials aids and manuals
- Direct structured learning experiences andmonitor the quality of the B2B Saleresults
- Acclimate new hires to the business andconduct orientation sessions
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills andtechniques such as objection handlingand consultative selling techniques
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs toensure that they reflect any changes in themarket and trends
- Stays informed about client processestrends and strategy as to recommendprograms training changes whereappropriate
- Perform any other reasonable duties thatmay be requested by the Client or DirectManagers
- Take responsibility for own personaldevelopment.
- Understand and comply with allregulatory fairtrading and competitionrules and adhere to Health Safety andSecurity responsibilities
- Analyze & recognize trends and escalateinformation as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native orFluent in Slovak (C1) and English( C1) verbal and written
- Essential minimum of 6 months call centerexperience in a sales project or 6 monthsexperience in sales environment
- Previous training/coaching experience would bean advantage
- Previous experience in tourism would be anadvantage
- Previous experience as a B2B sales advisorand/or other sales roles
- Ability to travel for training purposes
- Good organization/time management skills
- Strong Sales skills and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people fromdiverse backgrounds
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
- Ability to influence behavior
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policiesand procedures
