You are part of the founding team and will shape the company. Youll hire your team and lay the foundation of all software systems that will drive our mission.

Tasks

• Spearhead the design development and implementation of software solutions in alignment with our business objectives.
• Create and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Leverage your expertise in Python and shop systems like Shopware Shopify etc. to optimize our existing platform and develop new modules.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in code quality system efficiency and process refinement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ecommerce platforms like Shopware Shopify etc.
• Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a knack for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Knowledge in applying AI and ML techniques to real world problems
• Ability to work in a fastpaced agile startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
