The Director of Nursing Opportunity:

• Fulltime directhire position
  
• Setting: Nursing Home; Critical Access Hospital
  
• Salary is based on years of experience
  
• The Director of Nursing will oversee a nursing team including 5 LPNs 4 RNs and roughly 30 CNAs
  
• Schedule: MF Day shift; occasional weekend/evening work may be required in case of emergencies

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Associate Degree in Nursing
  
• Active Illinois RN license required
  
• BLS Certification required
  
• Previous Long Term Care and/or Nursing Leadership experience required
