Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with quotations sales orders and invoices. Help implement sales strategies.
  • Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for customers addressing queries and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Order Management: Track orders from receipt to delivery ensuring timely fulfillment and coordination with logistics.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain sales records in the CRM system and prepare sales reports.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing technical production and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales coordination or a similar role preferably in the electrical automation or solar industry.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Coordination with the Logistics and Purchase Team
    • Guidance and work allocation for the Sales Support Executive
