Validates Project Cost Estimates from Vendors and Contractors
Implement cost control processes, develop and monitor an effective system of program/project cost controls in accordance with Project Control Plans and procedures.
Assists in coordinating engineering, construction, commission, etc. activities in conjunction with overall project schedule requirements.
Implement Cost Control functions that includes but not limited to: Monitor spends against plan, cost phasing, forecast, trends, value of work done projections that aligns with project calendar
Accountable for the maintaining baseline schedule, updates including schedule forecast
