Principal Accountabilities
- Validates Project Cost Estimates from Vendors and Contractors
- Implement cost control processes, develop and monitor an effective system of program/project cost controls in accordance with Project Control Plans and procedures.
- Assists in coordinating engineering, construction, commission, etc. activities in conjunction with overall project schedule requirements.
- Implement Cost Control functions that includes but not limited to: Monitor spends against plan, cost phasing, forecast, trends, value of work done projections that aligns with project calendar
- Accountable for the maintaining baseline schedule, updates including schedule forecast
