Job Description
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Spearhead the alignment of our Human Capital (HC) Strategy with overarching business objectives, driving transformative organizational growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering guidance on a spectrum of people-centric matters, from employee relations to talent development, fostering a culture of empowerment and growth.
- Act as a pivotal member of both the client and HR teams, shaping tactical decisions that steer the company towards success.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, lending strategic insight to design and implement impactful solutions that drive progress.
- Define and refine policies and processes that champion our Q-Chem people strategy, ensuring their seamless integration across the organization.
