About the Role

Designation : Associate Product Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior product managers to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
• Assume full ownership of a complete product or a significant portion of it
• Translate product requirements into functional designs in collaboration with engineering and UI/UX teams
• Conduct indepth analysis document requirements and effectively manage the product backlog
• Align with the engineering team to ensure product goals and timelines are met
• Drive product enhancements and new features based on customer needs and market trends
• Collect and analyze user feedback and product analytics for ongoing product improvement
• Maintain clear consistent communication with all internal stakeholders promoting crossfunctional collaboration
• Demonstrate a strong focus on understanding underlying problems and needs before devising solutions
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure efficient product development
• Develop detailed business requirements and user stories for creating product specifications and architecture
• Ensure product compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and organizational quality guidelines

Background and Requirements

Job Requirements

Prior Experience:

• 46 years of total experience with at least two years in product management preferably in B2B SaaS products
• Proven experience in collaborating with engineering and UI/UX teams
• Demonstrated ability to understand market trends and customer requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in software development processes Agile methodologies and UI/UX principles
• Strong data analysis and market research skills

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Creative and analytical problemsolving abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field.
