At HomeTech Bradenton we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently looking for reliable and friendly Customer Service/Member Relations Representatives to join our team in Bradenton Florida. As a Customer Service/Member Relations Representative you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Process customer orders changes and returns
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements and skills:

• Customer Service Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional Appearance
• Computer Experience

• Good Communication Skills
• Outgoing Personality
• Ability to Work Flexible Hours
