You will be one of the change catalysts ensuring the success of transformational programs such as:
Digital transformation of employees hire to retire cycle (HCM implementation and user adoption program)
Teachers professional development path design and implementation project
Personal data protection processes implementation (trustmark certification)
As our HR Business Partner youll be at the heart of our organizations growth journey. Working closely with school leaders youll spearhead recruitment efforts for both academic and nonacademic staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and implementing onboarding programs to ensure every new member has a seamless and successful start. With a population of approximately 200 staff and managers youll serve as a pivotal point of contact guiding them through a smooth and enriching employee journey.
But thats not all! In addition to your core responsibilities youll have the unique opportunity to lead school wide missions focused on employee engagement wellbeing or learning and development.

Who Were Looking For:
A seasoned HR professional with 1015 years of generalist experience ideally within the services industry.
Proven expertise in recruitment training and performance management.
Proficiency in both French and English languages.
A champion of interpersonal communication conflict resolution and relationshipbuilding.
