- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related role within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of software development, outsourcing, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
