Infrastructure Maintenance Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Infrastructure maintenance & replacement/asset improvement projects site wide.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize SAP software for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Apply finance and governance knowledge to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee the priority forecasting, design, construction, and maintenance/replacement of infrastructure and associated assets to ensure project delivery schedules are met whilst adhering to Newmont safety standards & policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and environmental departments to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
