Job Description
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of Project Operations Project Management & Project Costing. Proven ability to understand project criticalities & provide all necessary information data to management for decision making & achieve target within stipulated time and budget.
2. Experienced in building SOPs and Systems for the Engineering Department.
3. Experience in delivering multiple G20 Floors of buildings. experience of Operations in Aluform Precast and Conventional Formwork Technology.
4. Strategic Manager with strong Interpersonal & communication skills ability to establish strong alliance lead & motivate team drive project to successful completion.
5. In depth knowledge and experience with all the latest technologies including ERP Systems BIM Prop tech solutions Estimation softwares etc.
6. Maintain product knowledge competitor knowledge and a strong understanding of the industry landscape at all times percolating the same to the entire team.
7. Participate and contribute to strategy meetings as the spokesperson from the Engineering Department to ensure that the company continuously improves its Engineering capabilities and specifications.
8. Experienced in quality control and quality management with the most advanced technology as per industry standards.
9. Experienced in making indetail project schedules and timelines using Microsoft Projects Primavera and other software along with an experience of squeezing project timelines without compromising on quality of construction
