2-3 months contract with London Borough of Newham Council
Job Summary:
Health Visitor - Band 6
The post holder will provide expert clinical advice, supervision and support to the health visiting skill mix team around specific public health matters (including Domestic Violence, Infant feeding, Accident prevention, Safeguarding and Extended services link).
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of expert high quality family centred Primary Health Service to a defined population including those within the Early help neighbourhood and Children s Centres boundaries within the London Borough of Newham.
Essential Qualifications Required:
You need to be a qualified nurse or midwife and then have undertake a one year (52 weeks) full-time or two years (104 weeks) part-time programme to qualify as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor).

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS.
