In this exciting role youll be the friendly face of Airbnb for Frenchspeaking travelers and hosts. Youll provide exceptional customer service ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone on the platform.

Heres what youll be doing:

• Become a Travel Guru: Advise guests on finding the perfect Airbnb listing navigating the booking process and maximizing their travel experience.
• Master of Accounts: Assist users with creating and managing their Airbnb accounts including troubleshooting any issues they encounter.
• Bridge Builder: Facilitate communication between hosts and guests ensuring clear expectations and a seamless stay.
• Conflict Resolver: Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally working towards positive resolutions.

Were looking for someone who:

• Speaks French fluently (written and spoken): This is your chance to shine! Youll be using your French skills to connect with people from all over the world.
• Customer Service Champion: You have a passion for helping others and a knack for deescalating situations.
• Communication Maestro: You can clearly and concisely explain complex information in both French and English.
• TechSavvy: Youre comfortable navigating the Airbnb platform and using various online tools.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
