Were looking for a talented B2B Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia Bulgaria! In this role youll leverage your fluency in French and English to provide exceptional customer care and nontechnical support for our B2B cloudbased applications.

What Youll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for clients via phone email and chat
• Troubleshoot nontechnical issues with our cloud applications
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
