Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and enthusiastic Reservations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Hotels Game Lodges or Tour Operating backgrounds and must be passionate about reservations and excited to see the availability calendar fill up.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and enthusiastic Reservations Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Hotels Game Lodges or Tour Operating backgrounds and must be passionate about reservations and excited to see the availability calendar fill up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to emails to assist customers in making altering or cancelling reservations.
- Providing accurate and detailed information to guests regarding reservations facilities rates and events.
- Advising customers on ongoing promotions available upgrades and local tourist attractions.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Processing payments sending confirmation details and accurately recording customer information.
- Assisting with the maintenance of online rates and distribution of rates to the trade.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients guests trade partners and other service providers.
- Championing the Property Management System (PMS) to ensure optimal utilization and support for onsite staff.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of experience in Luxury Boutique Hotel Game Lodge reservations or Tour Operating backgrounds.
- Passionate about reservations and dedicated to providing outstanding service.
- Impeccable phone and email manners strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team members during busy times or absences.
