Senior Business Analyst

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join an important client in the IT sector.

Location:Ho Chi Minh Vietnam

Functions

1. Work alongside developers within the Agile team.
2. Receive the highlevel functional requirements from Product Managers or customers in Switzerland.
3. Seek for technical/functional design and estimate the solution.
4. Provide detailed specifications with mockup workflow as well as details rules for user stories.
5. Transfer the business requirements and specifications for the development team and quality team.
6. Perform user acceptance testing and validate the user stories.
7. Ensure engineering team delivered features fulfill business values for end customers.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
2. Logical thinking critical thinking and attention to details.
3. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions.
4. Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
5. Knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
6. Fluent communication in English.
