We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Operations Associate to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the operations activities of our sales and onboarding team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong customer relations skills technology orientation and good communication abilities.
Responsibilities :.
Support the sales and onboarding team in operations activities of winning and onboarding clients.
Develop and execute operations plans to improve efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends in operations.
Monitor and report on operations metrics and suggest improvements.
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in business administration operations or related field.
Proven track record of success in operations preferably in Fintech
Good analytical skills.
