Role Overview:

Customerfacing role to execute the engagement and drive to partner handoff; provides initial face/voice to the customer and brings in specialists as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring a positive first impression and laying the groundwork for longterm relationships.
  • Lead sales efforts from lead generation to purchasing guiding customers through the sales process addressing concerns and negotiating successful outcomes.
  • Engage with small and medium businesses across various industries and company sizes to understand their needs and identify opportunities to leverage our clients cloud technologies.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction striving to deliver exceptional engagement experiences and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and crossselling in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Present competitive offerings and solutions tailored to customer needs demonstrating the value and potential of our technologies both verbally and in writing.
  • Convert prospects and qualified leads into revenuegenerating opportunities by assessing criteria such as budget authority need and timeline.
  • Exceed targets for net new revenue and sales pipeline with goals such as contacting 200 leads and creating 30 opportunities per month while maintaining high daily activity levels.
  • Utilize various communication channels including social media digital platforms video chat and phone to effectively connect with sell to and manage customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business to inform product and service improvements acting as the voice of the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Native in Dutch
  • C1 proficiency in English
  • 12 years of experience in IT sales demonstrating a track record of success in sales account management or customer management roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Dynamics 365 Salesforce etc.
