Job Description

Location:Hybrid Northampton 2 days a week

Salary: up to 55000 (12month fixedterm contract)

Hours: 37.5

Are you passionate about driving peoplecentric solutions and achieving organisational success We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our diverse team. In this role youll play a critical part in aligning our HR initiatives with business goals and supporting our workforces growth and development.



Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organisational change and manage workforce planning.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee engagement strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies procedures and legal compliance.
  • Provide guidance around reward and benefit initiatives.

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with senior management to understand and address strategic priorities.
  • Support talent acquisition and retention efforts to build a robust workforce.
  • Lead performance management and employee development programs.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decisionmaking and optimise HR processes.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers and employees.
  • Strong commercial awareness to support all of your stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Awareness of Agile (e.g. squads tribes).
  • Strong analytical skills to guide datadriven HR strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices employment law and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced agile environment.
  • CIPDqualified (or working towards).

Desirable:

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and digital transformation projects.
