Job Title: Public Health Program Director 1 (Hybrid)
Job Location: 710 James Robertson Parkway 6th Floor Andrew Johnson Tower Nashville Tennessee 37243
Duration: 3 Years
34 Days onsite per week
The Public Health Program Director 1 will manage the daytoday activities of the Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Surveillance Program and ensure that proposed activities are implemented. Responsibilities include:
Managing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) grant and that supports the NAS and perinatal substance use program
Establishing and convening an advisory committee consisting of representation from state agencies and external partners
Participate in meetings with CDC and other CDCfunded programs
Collaborate with project partners and establish new partnerships
