Planning Analyst - Merchandising

Create and manage a dynamic assortment of fashion products that maximize profitability and
ensure efficient stock levels.
Utilize analytical skills to accurately forecast inventory budget and pricing.
Monitor and analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure product availability meets
customer demand.
Develop promotional strategies and promotional calendars that feature company products.
Track and analyze customer buying trends to inform future buying decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product data is up to date.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal balance between stock availability and
customer demand.
Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
Work crossfunctionally to ensure all merchandise planning goals are met.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Statistics Supply Chain Management or a related
field.
Proven experience as a Merchandise Planner preferably in online first fashion retail brands.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and
statistical analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
