Finance Head

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys objectives and longterm goals.
Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision
making.
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive profitability.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance
sheets and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance identify trends and recommend actions of
improvements.
Present financial reports and analysis to Senior Management and Board of Directors.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and internal policy.
Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
Stay update on the regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact the companys financial operations.
Financial Operations and Systems:
Manage all the aspects of financial operations including accounting treasury taxation and internal controls.
Implement and maintain robust financial systems processes and polices to safeguard company assets and
mitigate risks.
Lead finance team in daytoday financial operations including accounts payable receivable and payroll.
Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.

Treasury and Cash Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and financial obligations.
Develop and implement strategies for cash management including cash forecasting investment decisions and
working capital optimization.
Oversee banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements as needed.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
Provide strategic guidance and advice to the executive team member and board of directors on financial matters.
Collaborate with the other departments to drive crossfunctional initiatives and achieve company objectives.
Assess potential investments acquisitions and partnerships evaluating their financial viability and impact.

Team Leadership and Development:
Recruit mentor and develop highperforming finance team.
Provide leadership guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability
and continuous improvement.
Promote professional development and career growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting along with CA or related filed. MBA in Finance or CFA preferred.
Extensive experience (typically 10 years) in a senior finance leadership role.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic
recommendations.
Excellent communication leadership and team management abilities presentation skills with the ability to
effectively communicate complex financial concepts to the nonfinancial stakeholders.
Strong understanding of financial regulations compliance requirements and risk management principles.
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and analytical tools.
Ability to thrive in fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
