What Youll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests access requests creating resource profiles administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed.
- Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding offboarding extensions and other changes for all USB resources.
- Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines.
- Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct as necessary.
- Display strong organizational skills.
- Display strong initiative addressing issues without prompting.
- Ability to work independently within the team and across the organization.
What You Bring:
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in managing multiple tasks / priorities.
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
- Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid challenging environment.
- Capable of executing shortterm tactical plans and tasks
- Proven history of timemanagement organization skills and detail oriented
- Critical thinker
- Ability to multitask and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
