This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic largescale operation in the financial services industry. You will be working to ensure the quality of the team as part of a Pensions Review Project.
Your daytoday activities will include:

Checking the quality of work produced by teams in line with prescribed processes and procedures.
Providing feedback to colleagues and management ensuring this is delivered constructively
.
Looking for opportunities to improve processes or customer experiences through trends seen
.
Supporting Case Clinics and Appeals forums with technical knowledge
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience in a Quality Assurance / Checker role in a target orientated environment is a must. A background in financial services and complaintshandling with a focus in Pensions and investments is essential.
Desirable Level 4 financial services qualifications

Significant experience of checking cases and working towards stringent productivity and quality assurance targets. Proven QC/QA experience within a case handling operation. Analysing financial advice to determine if redress is applicable. Analytically minded with strong numerical skills.

Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
.
Be able to give constructive feedback
.
Be empathetic and supportive to colleagues
The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager.
