Auto Body Technician Automotive Repair

Location: Georgetown TX

Work Hours: 4Day Workweek 8 AM to 5:30 PM within Monday Friday.

Compensation: $100000 to $150000 annual salary based on experience plus generous production bonuses! Commission pay plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform precise structural repairs
• Assess damaged vehicles accurately for repair planning
• Utilize welding expertise and certifications (iCar Gold or similar)
• Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles & adhering to OEM procedures
• Collaborate effectively within a team setup
• Maintain the highest quality standards in every repair
• Invest in ongoing training particularly welding techniques and new technologies
• Collaborate with production manager to meet customer expectations
• Adhere to safety protocols industry regulations and legal requirements
• Complete ICar training as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of auto body repair experience with structural experience
• Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles
• Relevant certifications such as ICAR or ASE Certifications or welding certifications are a plus
• Commitment to quality workmanship and precision in repairs
• Dedication to ongoing training and skill development especially in welding
• Understand and follow OEM procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational time management problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing bending and kneeling as required for auto body repair work
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Honesty professionalism and a strong work ethic
