Position: Associate Behavioral & Mental Health Therapist for Special Needs

Role: As part of our team youll receive guidance and support from both an LMFT/LCSW and a BCBA. Youll work with a diverse group of clients each with different backgrounds and needs. Your role will involve using a variety of treatment approaches including individual therapy family therapy social skills training peer support therapy process groups and ABA therapy. The methods youll use will draw from mental health practices Applied Behavioral Analysis and our Social Skills Curriculum tailored to fit each clients clinical needs and personal preferences. You will be eligible for to receive supervision hours for both the BBS and the BACB.

Requirements:

Valid & Active California BBS Registration number

Master Degree in Psychology Sociology Social Work MFT or related field.

Ability to commute to the office in our hybrid model

Availability of full time.

Join our group private practice as we live work and serve the communities in which we live in. This position is an integral member of the team that provides direct assessment diagnosis formulation treatment planning treatment intervention and psychoeducation. Clinician must be familiar with all aspects of psychopathology and recognize the appropriate and timely clinical treatment necessary. Clinician must consistently demonstrate the knowledge skills abilities and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other to clients. Most of this position will be spent in direct client interaction.

We have only full time positions available with our practice. Our associates will also be given the flexibility to work from home and the office providing versatility within their experience!

Compensation: $30 to $45
