Surveillance Specialist

Your daily tasks will be

• Monitoring the work of casino and game studio personnel and verifying the accuracy of deposits and withdrawals;
  
• Monitoring both casino employees and customers to prevent potential personal or propertyrelated crimes. Additionally you are responsible for ensuring that all staff adhere to procedural rules and the companys internal regulations;
  
• Being aware of customer service goals procedural rules work organization rules or job guides and consistently adhering to them and monitoring that all casino employees follow them;
  
• Verifying the accuracy of casino customers gameplay and assessing their behavior during their time at the entertainment center;
  
• Ensuring that all necessary work documents are filled out accurately and carefully;
  
• Engaging in companyprovided training and workshops covering various casino games as well as safety and security training;
  
• Ensuring that the incoming Surveillance specialist is briefed on all incidents from the previous shift and promptly informing your direct manager about these incidents
  
• If you suspect potential theft or collusion promptly report it to the Physical Security Lead. Follow instructions to monitor individuals or groups gather information and create a report for the Legal Team to investigate further;
  
• Make sure that when away from any technical device (computers iPads etc.) it would be closed and access to data would not be possible without proper authorization.

What we expect from you

• Previous experience from Live Casino operations as a Dealer Inspector or Shift Lead is a musthave;
• Demonstrated proficiency in operating and troubleshooting surveillance equipment and software;
  
• Knowledge of local and state gaming regulations and compliance requirements;
  
• Excellent analytical and investigative skills;
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
  
• Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  
• Good level of Estonian and English language.

Salary starts from 10.50 EUR gross to 14 EUR gross per hour.
