We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will collaborate closely with key project stakeholders to capture and translate business and user requirements into actionable solutions. Additionally you will work handinhand with our Platform Support Team to ensure seamless development testing and delivery of requirements aligning with project specifications and organizational goals. Your tasks:
Represent the project stakeholders throughout planning development and release processes
Manage the relationship with project stakeholders to identify model and document business process and data requirements
Work with the Platform Support Team to develop release estimates
Assist the Platform Support Team in understanding business and test requirements
Translate the technical complexities to project stakeholders ensuring understanding of design decisions
Develop and modify ServiceNow Workflows UI Components etc.
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor Health usage and overall compliance of the application
Manage and resolve 3rd level incidents against ServiceNow applications
Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
Manage Update Set creation and migration
Schedule and verify instance clones
Lead ServiceNow releases upgrade planning and execution
Manage Instance Security User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
Your skills:
At least 5 years of IT support and service delivery experience
Strong skills in the use of Service Management tools
Ability to manage professional relationships and build consensus among competing stakeholders
Recommended trainings:
ServiceNow Foundations eLearning Course (six selfpaced online modules)
ServiceNow System Administration
ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
Knowledge of ITIL framework required
ITIL V3 certification strongly preferred
The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary collaborate globally with support teams show a willingness to learn and have a positive and flexible attitude.
