• Early Risk Detection and Management: Implement a risk monitoring system to identify and mitigate risks in the early stages.

• Dynamic Project Oversight: Regularly review project plans and progress, adjusting strategies to address emerging risks.

• Preventive Action Planning: Develop and implement action plans for common risks, training teams in risk awareness.

• Focused Resource Management: Prioritize and mobilize resources for projects showing early signs of risk.

• Hands-on Project Support: Provide direct intervention and expert guidance for at-risk projects.

• Enhanced Communication Protocols: Establish rapid communication channels for risk reporting and mitigation efforts.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics for predictive risk management and informed decision-making.

• Continuous Process Improvement: Review and improve project management processes for enhanced risk mitigation.

• Stakeholder Engagement for Risk Management: Engage with stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into risk management strategies.

• Quality Control with Risk Focus: Integrate risk assessment into quality control and perform regular audits.

Must have requierments:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Ten years of project management experience in the construction/EPC sector.

• Demonstrated ability in risk management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.

• Good knowledge of Word, OneDrive, Excel, Teams and Outlook

• Fluent in English
