Baker

Were in search of a Baker on behalf of our client responsible for preparing and baking various baked goods. If you have a passion for baking attention to detail and creativity in creating delicious treats wed like to introduce you to this role as a key member of our clients bakery team.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 3 years to less than 4 years

Tasks

• Prepare dough for pies bread rolls and sweet goods batters for muffins cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Train staff in the preparation cooking and handling of food
• Prepare special orders
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Train staff
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Schedule staff
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Work Term: Permanent
