Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Training Manager to lead the development of our team and ensure our agents and staff possess the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Training & Development or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role preferably within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products regulations and sales processes.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Experience with a variety of training methodologies (eLearning blended learning etc.).
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
