What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Training & Development or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role preferably within the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products regulations and sales processes.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
- Experience with a variety of training methodologies (eLearning blended learning etc.).
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
