Brief on Client
Our client is an established property developer in Kenya focusing on high quality affordable homes based in Kiambu Kenya.
- Research Kenyan diaspora communities and understand their investment preferences buying behavior and communication channels.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage diaspora audiences interested in luxury real estate investments leveraging digital social and communitybased channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to tailor messaging content and outreach strategies to resonate with diaspora segments.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives targeting diaspora communities optimizing campaigns based on insights to maximize ROI.
- Build relationships with diaspora influencers organizations and community leaders to amplify marketing efforts and drive engagement and referrals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team on how to serve diaspora audiences better and enhance their experience as luxury real estate investors.
- Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are culturally sensitive relevant and tailored to the unique needs and preferences of diaspora communities
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing International Relations or related field.
- Knowledge of diaspora communities and investment trends in luxury real estate.
- Experience 5yrs in multicultural marketing or working with diverse communities preferably in the context of luxury brands or real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with diaspora audiences.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies to reach and resonate with diaspora communities.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum ROI.
