Join DeFiner the design tech platform that transforms design collaboration and efficiency. Were seeking a parttime Global Designer Recruiter with a sharp eye for design and a knack for attracting top visual talent globally.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified designers worldwide.
- Assess portfolios; no interviews required.
- Secure 50 designer signups monthly.

- Expertise in lead sourcing and recruitment.

Pay:
- PHP 22000/month for 50 signups.
- Extra for each additional designer: PHP 600 (US/Europe) PHP 450 (HK/Singapore) PHP 350 (Malaysia/Taiwan).
