Job Description

Main Purpose :

We are looking for a dedicated IT support to provide quick and helpful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer inquiries regarding basic technical issues and provide advice on resolving them.

Excellent IT support should have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to endusers via phone email or inperson.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
  • Install configure and maintain computer systems and software applications.
  • Manage domain controller and emails.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Set up user accounts and permissions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document and track support requests in the help desk ticketing system.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Good experience in ManageEngine or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Good knowledge in Google GSuite
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
  • Years of experience not less than 23 years
