About the Role:

Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such business development executives play an integral role in companies longevity.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings

  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver highquality presentations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market development.





Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles preferably in the IT service based industry.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)



Desirable:

Knowledge of Sales navigation

Experience in IT sales





Background:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Previous experience in HR recruitment or a related role is preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Proficiency in sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong judgment and decision-making abilities. Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field. Desirable Skills Knowledge of various online recruitment channels and platforms. Comfortable with team management responsibilities. Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development. Active engagement in the Human Resources community. Background Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
