What Is This Job About
Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensures the central administration of users and access rights for different systems and applications in the company network and in the cloud. IAM enables companies to manage user accounts & access authorizations for their applications allowing to be compliant with regulations. We help our clients in integrating IAM solutions into their IT infrastructure.
To expand our team we are looking for engaged IAM / Cyber Security Engineer who will work on different IAM projects.
What You Will Get To Do
- Build Identity Security Platform (Identity Governance Access Management Privileged Access Management)
- Enhancing our Access Management practice and building modern access platform using Azure AD and passwordless authentication
- Work remotely from Tunisia and support in identity and access management customer projects in Europe
- Help designing IAM architecture writing concepts and presenting them
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand client requirements and objectives during the presales phase
- Develop concepts using leading market solutions such as One Identity Manager ForgeRock and CyberArk
- Support in the development of a new innovative product combining BI and AI with IAM
- Develop implement and maintain identity and access management solutions; ensuring that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use inappropriate degrees of access disclosure damage and/or loss.
- Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design configuration guides etc
Requirements
What You Should Have
- Good English
- Good understanding of IAM principles concepts and best practices
- Familiarity with industryleading security frameworks and standards
- Experience in implementing and configuring IAM solutions and technologies
- Experience in conducting security assessments vulnerability assessments and penetration testing related to IAM systems.
- Ability to design and architect IAM solutions
- Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify analyze and resolve problems
What Is Not Necessary but Would Be a Plus
- Experience with different access models such as RBAC model
- Experience with federated identities and web services security concepts such as OAuth and OpenID Connect
- Handson experience with platforms such as Open LDAP AD or any IAM market solution
- Experience with mid/ and or largescale migrations of complex systems
- Good German language skills

What You Should Have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field Demonstrated work experience of agile/scrum methodology Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools Ability to write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria Demonstrated ability to develop and refine product backlogs Ability to estimate time frames and quality and quantity of resources required to implement project Ability to identify and resolve problems and show-stoppers and to escalate to management when necessary on time Extraordinary communication skills, including large group presentations/reports, be able to come to the point, ask the right questions, and be able to thoroughly understand and process answers given to come to conclusions Good English What Is Not Necessary but Would Be a Plus Experience with at least one well-known product management tool, such as ProductBoard and ClickUp Good technical background and good knowledge of the web development technologies and DevOps
