Job Description

We are in search of a highly motivated and resultsdriven Procurement Specialist who is already excelling within the electronic access control/security industry. While experience in another related field would also be valued it is crucial that the candidate demonstrates reliability and dedication to providing exceptional service to customers. Additionally they must be willing to go above and beyond to meet urgent client needs and tight deadlines.

Here s an overview of your future role:

Employment Type: Fulltime

Schedule: Day Shift Mon Fri 07:00 AM To 04:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid Alabang (3 days in office 2 days at home)

Salary: PHP 35000 to 70000

Elevate Your Role: Empowerment Through Electronic Excellence

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers regarding email queries on pricing discounts product availability etc.
  • Answer incoming calls and directing calls as necessary.
  • Perform end to end management of customer orders including data entry for sales orders confirmations shipping invoicing etc.
  • Coordinate the return and invoicing of warranty products in a timely manner
  • Coordinate shipments and order tracking for the Oceania region manage freight and providers customs queries etc
  • Liaise with SALTO Systems HQ to coordinate orders clarify special requests leadtimes etc.
  • Process customer orders for software upgrades and vouchers
  • Attend virtual webinars and ongoing training sessions for new product alerts
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as set by the Operations Manager or General Manager

Requirements

Wired for Success: The Skills We Need to Power Up

  • A tertiary qualification with a major in business/economics is a must.
  • Proficiency in speaking reading and writing Chinese/Mandarin is required as the role will support the Salto team in Hong Kong.
  • Proven workforce experience in procurement/purchasing or a similar customer service role preferably in the same industry is necessary.
  • Highly desirable to have Microsoft NAVISION knowledge or similar ERP system experience in order management (e.g. MYOB XERO).
  • Should also possess Salesforce CRM experience or similar.
  • Must be able to handle a large volume of customer/internal emails and prioritize their importance.
  • Highly organized and able to work well under pressure with an eye for detail (large variety of part numbers/codes and pricing).
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of tax invoices GST and discounts are advantageous.
  • Preferred experience with customer service for Australian and other APAC countries such as Hong Kong and Taiwan.
