We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing screening CVs and selecting candidates for a range of positions both IT and nonIT.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the qualified sourcing of candidates for various positions (using job boards social media LinkedIn and etc).
- Screen the CVs and initiate a first contact with potential candidates.
- Efficiently collaborate with a recruitment team during the sourcing process.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information in the CRM system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Experience as a recruiter or sourer preferably in both IT and nonIT fields.
- UpperIntermediate spoken and written English
- Familiarity with using recruitment and sourcing tools and software.
- Good MS Office skills Outlook Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
