Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales in the modern trade sector specifically focusing on food products. This role requires effective communication skills in Kannada and English as well as the ability to drive sales through efficient order management payment followups and reorder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Efficiently manage and process orders from modern trade outlets.
Payment Followups: Regularly follow up with clients for timely payment collections.
Reorder Coordination: Proactively coordinate with clients for reorder placements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with modern trade partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports including order status payment collections and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
03 years of experience in sales preferably in the food products industry.
Proficiency in Kannada and English languages (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for travel.
